Surat: Global EV brand VinFast Auto India has opened its first dealership (VinFast Surat Showroom) in India. This milestone marks the company’s official retail entry into the Indian market, laying the foundation for its nationwide electric mobility expansion.
Promoted by Chandan Car, a prominent name in India’s automotive retail space, the Surat showroom spans 3,000 sq. ft. and is strategically situated in the Piplod locality.
The facility is designed to offer a premium EV experience, including in-depth product showcases, seamless purchase journeys, and high-quality after-sales service.

The VinFast Surat Showroom will feature upcoming premium electric SUVs – VF 6 and VF 7 – which are already open for pre-booking. Customers can book their preferred models at the dealership or via VinFastAuto.in for a fully refundable amount of ₹21,000.
VinFast Surat Showroom Launch Comes Ahead of Manufacturing Plant in TN
This VinFast Surat Showroom launch comes just ahead of the opening of VinFast’s EV manufacturing plant in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu, where the VF 6 and VF 7 models will be assembled. The plant underlines the brand’s long-term commitment to Make in India and the country’s growing role in the global EV supply chain.

VinFast plans to launch 35 showrooms across 27+ cities by the end of 2025, building an expansive and accessible network for Indian consumers. Strategic partnerships with RoadGrid, myTVS, and Global Assure are already in place to support nationwide EV charging and after-sales operations.
In line with its sustainability mission, VinFast has also partnered with BatX Energies, a leading Indian cleantech firm, to promote battery recycling and develop a circular battery economy, reflecting the brand’s vision of a responsible and environmentally-conscious EV future.
